PLEASE NOTE:

  • Official approval for use of any PAHB room or performance space requires submission and approval through 25Live.  Requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
  • The completion of the UMBC Community Request Form is required for all performance, reception, and event requests prior to approval. Requests for Performance Spaces often cannot be approved until the primary department has planned their departmental use of the spaces for classes, rehearsals, and performances.  If you are not able to wait until the departmental schedule is solidified your request will be denied.
    • Fall Semester Requests: Mid-Summer final review for availability
    • Spring Semester Requests: Early December final review for availability
    • We strongly suggest that you have a backup location planned in the event that we are not able to approve your request.
  • Approval is contingent on the acceptance of the estimate that will be provided once the request form is completed and review.
