UMBC Community Event Requests

All requests for rental of PAHB spaces should be submitted into 25Live.  Requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis.  You will be asked to fill out the Event Request Form for all Performance Venue Requests prior to approval.  Approval is contingent on the acceptance of the estimate that will be provided once the request form is completed.


 It can take a while to be able to get a request approved due to the regular academic and curricular use of PAHB spaces for classes, rehearsals, and performances.  We suggest you have a backup planned in case we are not able to approve your request.  Official approval for use of any PAHB space requires submission and approval through 25Live.
